Weigh In 1
Stepped on the scales this morning for my first weigh in, to a suprise. They showed 116.3kg. I haven't weighed in in so long! My last recorded weight was 117+ so I expected with my diet of chips and chocolate that it would be in the 120's. Sometimes life can suprise us.
Never did photos and measurements last night because I have been stressed out about a few things. Maybe why I've lost weight and not gained it. But I need to find the charger for my camera battery and I'll get the rest done and post them in this starting post too.
(I think I want to keep photos out of it right now but measurements sure)

i always forget to take photos and measurements and always regret it...
i'm intrigued to hear how you find the lite n easy food, it does look good, and i've heard good things about it from other... but then diet meals are always lacking taste... but who knows maybe it will surprise you!
yay for being all organised and such...
GOODLUCK!
wooohoooo blogger let me post!
happy dance!
oh and now you have to keep updating, cant let life get in the way again ok!
:oD
Sorry to hear you are stressed... I get stressed and eat... must be the opposite for you...
Hope the meals are good...
You know you can strip this weight of when you really get down to it Jadey.. I have seen the evidence of this before.. and I am going to see it again girl.. get those pics out again (lits challenge) and plaster them about to inspire...
Junk food only makes you feel good for the time you are eating it.. then ya feel blergh.... good food makes you feel good after too...
You know that and I know that...
Mind you I havent eaten KFC for over two years now... And the smell still makes me drool.. too much Gluten for me to even contemplate eating it!
Take care and keep blogging...
We never know what the hell those scales are going to say!!
Good on you for getting back on the wagon.
Nice that the scales were not to nasty to you! Keep up the good work mate.
Pre-prepared meals is a good way to ease back into things, Jadey. I'm sure the food will be fine.
By the way, I've been steadily losing weight on 1500 Cals, so I don't think you have any worries.... You might actually need a bit more food, but see how you go.
Give it a go and see what happens. If you're ravenously hungry all the time, then up the food a bit. But you need to give it at least a couple of weeks - 4 would be better.
On the other hand, if the weight isn't coming off and you can't increase your activity yet, then obviously you'll have to consider dropping calories.
I'll be interested to see how you go. At least you've taken a positive step - hope you're excited!
