WOOHOO I was so excited I was so close to 25kg gone when I stepped on the scales this morning that I totally missed what a huge weight loss I have had this week. Very impressed.

Keeping me awake now is Breaking Dawn. Unbelievable. The Twilight Series reminds me of, but is so much better than the Virginia Andrews - Flowers in the Attic series.

As any long term reader would know I am a daily weigher. But I have regarded Wednesday as my official weigh in day for a little while now thanks to the fact that I can use the wanky term "Weighty Wednesday" and have something specific to blog about on Wednesdays. LOL Sad huh! Yup it’s come to that.

But I haven’t been a good blogger at all so Welcome to my Weighty Wednesday.

Yesterday I weighed significantly less – That’s a bastard huh? But that’s what you get when you spend all night reading Eclipse and eat dinner at around midnight. Oops.

4th Goal!

Hi all!

I have reached my 4th weight loss goal!

I weighed in this Wednesday at 104.4kg which is 22.5kg gone! I have based all of my goals around being under the next marker so under 120 = 119.9kg or under 105kg = 104.9kg

My next goal is 99.9kg. It brings me into the double digits. It's a very exciting goal and I am already on my way forward with it.

I finally went and had my 1st weight loss goal reward last weekend. I went with a girlfriend to go and see New Moon last saturday. Let me tell you - I've become an addict! For ages and ages I have thought all you "twilight freaks" were a tad weird. Like everyone who raved about Lord of The Rings and Harry Potter etc. I was so over hearing all about it.

I dragged her here to watch the first one on the big screen we have as she needed cheering up. (Self sacrificing me of course haha) And it was absolutely awesome (save some "special" effects) and I couldn't wait to get to the movies and see New Moon.

Having not read the books it was all completely new to me. But the ending oh the ending !

Now I have to read the books. I have no time to read the books but I am getting there slowly. There is so much more information in there than there was in the movies but I am loving the read. I love that I can see the scenes from the movie as I read the story. It's such an easy to read book too.

My parents would be mortified. Ah wells. I can't believe I have been sucked in. But I do adore it now.

On to my next goal - I need to have my full body massage. I have seen Avenue Q (thank God cause there is an ending to these things) I'm not sure about the Series 2 Underbelly reward. I might do something else. Maybe, Oh who knows.

Up Next - a new laptop bag. It's been on my list since forever (Was on my original list too)

I've finally done it

I'm booked in for a small "procedure" to have this nasty little son of a bitch removed from my arm. It's something I have wanted to do for over 12 months and I have wussed out everytime. I am not posting the removal photos here until AFTER I get it out because I already made the mistake of googling that once before and I do not need more to freak me out. I am already crapping my pants enough.
It's come time now that the damn thing has expired. And it's causing havok! I'm not sure if it's responsible for the weight status at the moment but it's sure as hell responsible for the fact that Aunt Flo has come and gone a bagillion times in the last 6 or so weeks.
I'm NOT looking forward to the return of monthly visits. I generally end up sick for days beforehand, & during, vomitting and SEVERE cramps that have put me in hospital before. However I'm not interested in putting contrceptive rubbish in my body anymore either. This may change after my first "real" un implanon supported visit but for now this is my stance.
I started putting weight on when I had the implanon inserted. And it's been a hard slog to get it off. PLUS I'm not going through the removal nastiness and freakouts again.
Let's see if I make it to my appointment on Tuesday night. Are there any bets?

Fat-astic Friday

Well how are you all?

I have been quiet of late. It's all due to me doing more facebooking, working and various other activities than blogging. I have made it a goal of mine to return to weekly blogging at a minimum and there is someone who promised to keep me accountable. (Hi Nicky!)

I've started a new challenge over at We Are Slimming which I have mentioned a thousand times before but will mention again because I know you aren't all readers / members of We Are Slimming yet and if you are looking to lose weight then you should be!

On our last challenge I tried to minimilise my goals and ended up not acheiving a single one of them (after blitzing the challenge prior) so I have gone back to a mighty long list of goals.
♥ Lose 5kg (Be 103kg or under)
♥ Report in every week on WAS
♥ Blog at least once a week
♥ Reduce Snacking
♥ Track all food
♥ Swim Weekly minimum
♥ Improve on laps per half hour (currently 24)
♥ Start Power plate training
♥ Drink water daily
♥ Remove Implanon
♥ Move more everyday
♥ Beat Ali

The goals were set Wednesday last week and this is the first blog post so I am really going to have to move my butt if I am going to make this challenge work for me. Actually reposting this was a good idea cause I was religiously tracking my food (for the first time in my life) when I set this goal and then my computer died and my tracking (which was in my phone) was erased when I synced my phone the next time. So I cracked it and stopped tracking (oops)

Maybe I should print these goals for myself so I can read them everyday. This is one of the things that I found was a huge help to me when doing Body - For - Life. I would read over every goal morning and night. And "touch base" with myself and my progress every day.

Oh I also had a mad cool chart that I used to use that got coloured in when I did something right. That chart was so motivating! I always wanted my colours up there.

So I started the challenge on Wednesday 21st at 108kg. And I weighed in this week at 108.1kg

Starting waist measurement is 111cm. Which is impressive when you think about it, because when I got engaged I had a waist measurement of 131cm! So I'm hovering at just under 20kg gone but 20cm gone from my belly!

I'm getting really peeved with the whole thing though as I've stalled, and stayed put for SO LONG! It's so frustrating that I know something has to change but I'm really, just a bit lost.

8 STEPS TO ACHIEVING YOUR BEST HEALTH EVER!

8 STEPS TO ACHIEVING YOUR BEST HEALTH EVER!

Have you ever noticed those people who look super lean from head to toe, but have a weird little belly? Chances are it could be to do with their digestive health.

Being healthy is misunderstood these days. Health is all about taking responsibility for ALL areas of your life. Here are the tips I use with my clients, to help them achieve a whole new level of good health.

If it is white, don't eat it! The four white devils are white flour, white sugar, white salt and pasteurisation and homogenisation milk products. If dairy is a necessity and you can't get hold of raw dairy, choose certified organic as your second choice. For those who are lactose sensitive, full fat cream is very low in lactose.

If you can't pronounce a word on a label, do not eat it. Your liver won't like it!

The longer the shelf life, the more harmful it is likely to be to your body!

Choose products and meats in this order:
Certified organic produce and free range meats
Organic produce and organic meat
Locally farmed produce and locally farmed free range meat
Commercial produce and commercial hormone free meat
Commercial meat

Always season foods and water with 100 per cent unprocessed sea salt. The best is Celtic, followed by sea salt from New Zealand, because there is less heavy metal toxicity there.

The minimum amount of water you should drink each day can be calculated by multiplying your body weight (kg) by 0.033. This gives you the amount of water (L) that you should consume per day. Remember, nothing substitutes for water, not tea, not juice, not beer – nothing! Always choose top selling brands such as Evian, Fiji, Trinity and Volvic because they sell the fastest and, therefore, have the least exposure to plastic bottles. The most health-giving waters have a hardness factor of 170 mg/L or greater and a Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) of 300 or greater. Adding a pinch of sea salt to water is recommended to replace electrolytes. Additionally, it will harden otherwise good but soft waters and will significantly increase the TDS.

Follow the 80/20 rule. If you live healthily 80 per cent of the time, you can absorb the other 20 per cent.

Get to bed by 10pm and sleep until 6am minimum. The body (physical) repairs itself from 10pm to 2pm, while the mind (mental) repairs itself from 2pm to 6am.

After years of living an unhealthy lifestyle it will take a bit of time to repair the damage so you need to be patient and realise that this is a long-term endeavour, rather than something that will change overnight. Depending on how toxic your body is you might experience a number of reactions from eating proper food, which could include weight gain, weight loss, enhanced mood, increased energy and vitality.

When your foundation is established, there are other areas as well that can be looked into such as your digestive health, hormones, adrenal glands, amino acids, to name a few. In conjunction with the guidelines above you can start with the Gut Healing Program. If we eat all of these great foods and take all of these high-end supplements but have a gut dysfunction (low SIgA, parasites, fungus, bacteria, dysbiosis, etc), then what we eat will not have its benefits. The gut healing program consists of the following and should be done for a minimum of four weeks:
Remove caffeine, alcohol, refined sugars and processed foods and bad fats (all irritate and create inflammation in the gut).

Remove foods that you know you are sensitive to. It's worth getting a food intolerance test to find out.

Restore probiotics daily such using lactobacillus acidophilus/bifidus.

Repair with healthy fats such as fish oils and nut oils.

Eat whole foods, unprocessed, lightly cooked and organic wherever possible.

Remove antibiotics and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, aspirin and tylenol.

Be aware that many other medications affect the GI tract(i.e., osteoporsis mediations, antidepressants, acid reduction medications).

Repair with herbs such as garlic, aloe vera, oil of oregano, and turmeric, nutrients such as L-glutamine, quercitin, fish oils, as well as specifically formulated low antigen medical foods to help promote healing.

You now have the healthy, natural tools that will help rekindle your health and save you a truckload of money on those vitamins and pills, and right now we all know how important it is to save money!

I thought this was a really interesting article. It has some great sound advice. Am I willing to take it all on board right now? Nope. But I thought it was good enough to share with others and I can take parts of it on board and perhaps move forward like that. As they say Progress not Perfection.

Hi ALL!

I know I have been a very bad blogger haven't I! My sincerest (is that a word) apologies.

Not that much has been going on in my life so I haven't felt the urge to be writing about boringness, knowing that no one would want to read about boringness. But on the other hand I would love to increase my readership. Any of you popular bloggers got some tips and tricks on how I do that? I'll admit to loving the attention :P

Now are you ready for a catch up? Grab a cuppa and go to the loo cause this could be a long one.

So as you all know I made a return to work and quickly went out and bought myself the car of my dreams. You girls are all too damn funny with your name suggestions!

Cara - I can't call it Jadey that's my name and all too confusing! I did like Diamond though.
Sharon - Montgomery seriously?? Future Hubby read that and was like yup it's settled Montgomery it is. Nooooo.
Sharon, Beck and Wanna - BAZZA????? Honestly girls who's on drugs here and how did you all come up with such a bogan name for my purdy Pajero. hahahahaha I'm thinking Pumpy - Future Hubby (FH from here on in) is in total denial about the whole thing and refuses to accept it but I think it's funky! He thinks it me

Chris - Maybe I gotta offer up a prize to get a cool name like Roxy :p

I think I am going to make FH happy for now and name him Montgomery.

Monty and I have become very close friends. I absolutely adore him. I am very happy to say that he doesn't use more fuel than my old car and he is so much easier to drive. So much easier to park! It's smaller and a can see the corners AND it has the reversing sensors. Oh dreamboat.

My return to work on the other hand seems to have been fairly short lived. I was back in the club but not having all that much luck. I wasn't really doing my own job so I felt like I wasn't doing all that I could to be effective in my position. In fact I felt really useless.

I got sent off to a summit where we were supplied with some extra training and responsibility which was awesome. I learnt so much in my time there! Plus I got to spend the night in a hotel at Bondi Beach and woke up to a short walk down to the beach to spend the morning sitting on the boardwalk there soaking up the sunshine and people watching. It was amazing! Great way to start the day. My poor colleagues were being dragged through bootcamp on the beach but I am sure they are all the better for it (even if it was after a night of hard drinking and no sleep)

We learnt about something called Insights. Which is kind of like personality typing I suppose. You learn about what drives you (and those around you) and why people are like they are. I came up a strong Yellow with Strong Green and Red behind me also.

Yellow is bubbly and loving. They are people that love attention. They want to be included in everything and HATE to be left out. It's like a personal insult. (even when it's not) It is quite energetic. Yellow needs to be loved. Hence the need for more readers or commenter's or both. And the Look at me! Personality I sometimes display.

Green is very caring and compassionate. This is the side that has me worried about people in the middle of the night. I'm sure this is the side of me that makes me cry when people I don't even know die (not celebrities just anyone!) This is the part of me that wants to do whatever I can to help. That takes time out for people even when it's to my own detriment.

And Red is the total opposite! I'm generally red when I'm mad or determined. Red is the fire in me. It's me when I have a short fuse. It's the determination, driven, get in my way and get run over girl. It can be nasty. It doesn't come out much in the bad way thank goodness because Yellow and Green dominate.

Isn't it interesting. If I had my book here or could even seem to successfully google the information I am looking for it I could give you so much better and more thorough explanations of what I just said. I want to do the official test and find out exactly where I fit but it costs. one day one day.

After the summit I raised some concerns about me actually implementing what I had learnt with my regional manager. He completely understood which is great. He's a nice bloke and we get along well. Surprisingly though when I returned to work on Monday I was able to do my job without a hassle.

There was a couple of things that are still a sticking point so on Tuesday morning my Regional manager Hr and myself met to chat and I have moved workplace for a little while to head office. It's tripled my fuel bill and the tolls suck but it's going to give me an opportunity to a) be useful b) stay off my feet and c) become an absolute admin whizz. So it'll be very useful when I do return to my normal duties.

OK off of boring day to day work and onto TUPPERWARE!

I am having so much fun with Tupperware and to be honest it is so rewarding even in these early early days. I have earnt so much stuff for free and I am feeling really good about my decision to become a Tupperware lady. I am not doing as many parties as I would like to yet (Book me now before I get too busy) But I am sure it's coming. My Fan Page on Facebook seems to be pretty popular but I'd love it if you could join (My Tupperware Lady) and if you are already there invite your friends. The wider the audience the better!

We released the Spring / Summer catalogue a couple of weeks ago and as of today it became public! I love it! There are so many awesome products. Some great new stuff. A return of some of the older stuff and new colours in other ranges. It's gorgeous and fun. And really reminds you of the warmer weather. If you want a copy feel free to send an email to me at tupperwarejadey@hotmail.com and give me your postal address and I'll get one in the mail to you.

It's such a great business opportunity with so many rewards as well as cash. But also it's fun! I get to sit with people and have a chat and enjoy a scone or cake or both (oops) and a cuppa with them. And I don't even have to sell! It does that by itself. Not many haven't heard of Tupperware and everyone needs it.

If you are in Sydney and want to come play in a Sales Meeting with me one night and see behind the scenes make sure you let me know won't you. Cause I would love to bring you along as my guest :) No pressure to join or anything.

Oh MAN I sound like I'm part of AMWAY! Nooooo not me. Sorry this is definitely NOT Amway.
Now despite all the cookies and scones and cake I am still managing to lose weight. Although I have remained at the same weight for the last 6 days! HOW FRUSTRATING, I think staying the exact same weight every morning is even more frustrating than going up a bit going down a bit etc. Actually no! I'll take staying the same instead of going up. It gives me hope that it's fluid or something.

So where am I at?

Well I started at 126.9 kgs (shock fucking horror how the hell did I get there?)
And as of this morning (and for the last 6 days running) I have weighed in at 111.8 kgs

That's a loss of 15.1 kgs or Biggest Loser style 11.9% of my total Body Weight

How cool is that? I really can't complain. For those that forget or those of you just joining the program. I have a goal of 64kgs in time for my wedding which will be March 2011 if I get my act together and plan it between now and then. So I have 47.8 kgs to go to goal.

The other day I found a very rare Cadbury Cream Egg supplier and I took a bite and threw half of it in the bin! Like What The????

You see I have also set myself mini goals along the way and I have achieved 2 of these now and I am eager to achieve the 3rd. Now it would also be good if I had actually treated myself to the 2 goals I have achieved but I am sure it's coming (One is movies gold class for which I have the tickets already and one is a full body massage which I also have a voucher for) The Next goal to achieve is for a deluxe pedi. But I am thinking of switching that with something else since I can hardly touch my foot thanks to the surgery and so therefor there would be nothing deluxe about a foot massage at this stage and no pedi is deluxe without one. The next goal marks me getting under 110kgs so 109.9 kgs. I can smell it!

I think I really need to be getting on the bike and swimming a bit more though. Well that's the fakest thing ever cause I'm not getting on the bike or swimming at all. So I actually need to do it! It will help rehab my ankle and help me burn some extra calories.

We Are Slimming is having another challenge starting Monday! It's a 6 week Keep it Simple Challenge so feel free to join in with us. People are setting goals for the challenge already I gotta admit I am still working on mine. WAS is an awesome and supportive forum. The girls are all so close and really care about how you are going and that kind of thing.

Ah well - it's past time for this lil chook to get some zzz's I hope you are all doing well. I promise to catch up on some bloggy reading in the next few days if you promise to feed my yellow and comment a bit more (haha)

I'll try and comment on your blogs too!

59 / 84

I know I have taken too long between blogs when I have to go back and check on what the hell my last blog actually said.

Well I lasted just over a week at work. Then on Monday night I had really aching horrible pains running down my entire left leg. I had freaked out at first thinking it was a blood clot or something. I took Tuesday off and took myself to the doctor. The Doctor has a theory that it may be pinched nerves in my back. Lucky aren't I? So I am off work again until Monday unless my back get better beforehand. And if it doesn't I'm off for further testing.

I'm not going so well with my physio exercises cause now I'm resting again. Ah well. Shame it also screws up the goals I set for myself on Monday haha. (See bottom of page). While I am resting up though I should update my 101 list. I have started ticking off some things. (yay)

Jason cancelled our foxtel subscription this week and it all finished up yesterday. I am so happy about this as Foxtel is the hugest waste of money! Honestly it cost us $130 a month to watch TV!!!! Screw that. There is plenty on free to air available. I need to get myself a longer antenna cord to plug my PVR in so I can record the shows I normally watch again.

In other news I am buying myself a new car! (YAY) And finally I am getting what I want. Yes. After 8 years of looking and longing I am buying a Pajero. I never liked the 4 door ones and the return of the 2 door 2 years ago excited me no end. Now I am only days away from my new car and I am too excited. (And can you tell if anything gets in my road I will be totally crushed)

It's not my preferred colour. But silver is nice too. It's the second choice to black. It's got a full leather interior with heated seats. A sunroof and a few other factory options. It's so nice to drive. It's not entirely practical so I said to Jase if I don't get one now I will never be able to because a) they are being discontinued again in Australia and b) I don't think it practical for multiple children. In fact it might even be hard work with one. (I might borrow a baby with their capsule and find out hahahaha)

The next thing to decide on is do I pay the yearly $440 for my personalised number plates? I love them. I really do. But I hate that NSW makes you lease them and you never own them. Maybe I'll register it in Victoria where I can buy the plates for $495 and never pay again and own them. It's an option I am lucky to have.

Weight loss wise Operation Wedding Dress is well underway. I am still dropping weight and seeing successes. My measurements are well down on my beginning point and I am feeling really good. I am setting my goals and reporting on them every week on the We Are Slimming forums (as well as here) and seem to be acheiving the majority of them. Sure I miss some things but I am only human and I am accepting of that.

I am still weighing daily which also helps to keep me on track but my main weigh in day is Monday and I accept whatever that weight is on the day up or down knowing that it's a process and one that will take some time. As long as the trend continues downwards I am on the right path.

This week when I weighed in on Monday I was very happy with the results! This week saw me burst through the 10kg mark! This is such a great feeling. I am really happy about doing what's right for me. I can't wait to start doing some exercise!

Now I have been reading and catching up on all your blogs. I will try to be better with the comments but if you are dropping by here for a read please comment so I know you were here. It makes a girl feel loved you know LOL

Well today got totally wasted by some stupid courier who never showed up. Don't you love hiring tradies / couriers / whatever and they give you a timeline that they will arrive at your abode. Normally either 8am - 1pm or 1pm - 5pm.

Either way unless you PLANNED on spending your day waiting for the doorbell to ring it's all stuffed.

Today we were waiting on a courier to arrive sometime between 1pm and 5pm. Guess who no showed? SO ANNOYED! There is so much other stuff to be done than wait for them. Luckily we had some things to do around the house but I would have loved to go out just down the street. For a walk. Or to go buy the dog food (They aren't impressed when you don't feed them)

As you all know I'm on a diet of shakes at the moment but right now I am craving salt badly. I would love some chips or even the chicken sausages that Mum cooked the family for dinner. I'm never keen on sausages so to have such strong cravings for me is very very weird.

But ultimately I have to stick to whats working for me and right now that's the shakes so no sausage for Jadey (get your minds out of the gutter my fiance is interstate)

Talking about whats working - today is weigh in day no. 2

I am very happy to say the scales this morning rewarded me with a weight of 121.3 kg which is 5.6kg down on my original weight. 4.4% down. WOOHOO. I can't complain about that now can I? The big losses don't happen always and forever.

I'm only 1.4kgs away from my first reward of a pedicure (I hope I can handle the massage by then) And I am hoping to have it down at the Hot Springs in Rye while my Mum has a Massage I bought her for Christmas. I love the Hot Springs - I definitely want to go down there before I go home, just in the baths. MMM SO relaxing. If you haven't been - do it!

Only 10 sleeps until Jason arrives for the Dutt0n Rally. I miss him like crazy - I'm not up to shooting it with him and thankfully we have someone else coming down to help. Michael helped us with the easternats so it's nice to know we can rely on somebody to help us when we need it, he's a brilliant photographer.

I am NOT KING SHIT. I am not some invincable dieting weight losing goddess. I need to work hard to lose weight and yes eating shit WILL hurt me this once. I really need to drum this shit into my head.

It's like winners syndrome or something. You are successful and you are happy with your result so you get your trophy then you go out partying with your trophy. "I'm good" you say to yourself. "Look at the results I just acheived". ""Check my shiny trophy" "Oh go on enjoy yourself, have a beer, drink a tequila shot or two it wont hurt you just this once."

Then you wake up shitfaced two days later having shared your personal bits thanks to a mastercard priceless ad featuring yours truly you now stink and you are suffering consequences that "weren't" going to affect you this once. You missed the next game and your chances for the finals are over. OOPS

No I didn't go and get smashed in the last two days. (Although my 4am facebooking probably suggests otherwise) But I did look at the weightloss I had acheived yesterday and I let my food and habits slip a little. I was lucky I maintained my weight at 122.6 kg today but to maintain that weight again tomorrow would only be by some sort of miracle. And apart from that maintenance is not the goal - WEIGHT LOSS IS!

Geeez I am an idiot sometimes.

I also think food makes me grumpy! Like really snooty and depressing! I get some seriously strong cravings for shitty food and I bcome a really stroppy, sad, sooky, tantrum throwing tart if I don't get what I want. And I don't just mean with the food! God forbid if I knock the remote to the floor from the side table I mean HOW MUCH SHIT CAN ONE GIRL TAKE? Honestly - Even I know this is pathetic but at the time it seems like my whole world is going to cave in.

I think I need to stick to the rules - I am also going to pack up the shit I am not supposed to eat and make the parentals hide it from me. They hide the chocolate (which I know is here somewhere) so they can hide the mueseli bars and toast and other yummy things I would succumb to before having my shake like I am supposed to.

For goodness sake - all this and I'm not giving up the smokes like Miss Nicky. You are a total champ babe! Keep up the great work.

WOOHOO I am so glad I have logged on now to find that my iPhone blog worked . I had doubts being my first time and all but all that typing wasn't wasted :)

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!!!

I hope all you Mummy's out there had a fabulous day. I have heard stories of disasters and of spoils. If you have lost your Mum I hope your day was filled with fond memories of special times you have spent with her.

I did end up asleep before midnight last night which was good. However in the cold weather despite waking up quite early I went back to bed until lunch. (Yes I am bad and I didn't do brekky in bed for Mum) Mum and Dad were out to church and when they came home we headed out for lunch as the local chinese restaurant and dessert at the pancake place next door. Same one I went to on Thursday night.

It was very yummy. I was very full. The chinese was healthy the pancakes not so much. But we did share the pancakes so I didn't have a full one.

I don't think eating this crap is any good for me though cause after we got home I got grumpy. Bad food leads to craving more bad food and sometimes I have the most childish attitude. I really really want scones with jam and cream. There are two ads on TV at the moment highlighting beautiful scones with Jam and Cream. One is Foxtel and the other is Home Brand. Honestly it is bad for dieting people to have this thrown in their face all the time.

I tried to cook some beautiful soft poached eggs to have on toast. Pulled them out at the whites weren't cooked properly - put it back in for 10 seconds and the yolks were hard. Boy did that upset me. Dad had eggs on toast for dinner cause I was going to feed them to the dogs. I only like soft yolked eggs and I've never mastered the art of cooking them myself. So I was off pouting again. I don't even need any more food. So I decided to stop being a little bitch and sit on the couch and blog instead.

Well first I went through Facebook and deleted a whole pile of people. People I am wondering why are they on my facebook? I hope I haven't accidentally deleted any of the wrong people haha.

TV is again BORING so again I am off to bed to read my book and get in an early night. I would say Mum and I will be back in the rumpus room sorting things out tomorrow.

122.7kgs this morning. If I gain tomorrow (which is official weigh in day for me) then meh so be it - the chinese and the pancakes will do that to you. But I am hoping to maintain or lose a little more. The goal was 122kgs.

Well apparently yesterdays pancakes didn't hurt me too badly. 123.3kg today.

I don't really have much to say today. I dunno why.
I have had this really powerful depressive feeling. It's made me really sad, short and emotional. There's absolutely NO reason for it so I'm hoping it passes overnight.

I need some de cluttering tips please! What do you think is the best method for selling unwanted items? eBay, trading post, thursday trader, market stall, carboot stall. What do you bother selling and what do you chuck? Can you really sell almost anything (as long as it's in good condition) ??

I need to help Mum get this house together - today she's depressed. I need Domestic Blitz or Second Chance or something to come in here and give us a huge hand. We seem to be chasing our tail with getting this place ready.

Weigh in this morning 123.7kg

Sometimes I gotta say I am a complete moron!

This afternoon I got heaps of exercise in my wheelchair thanks to a bed shopping trip for Mum and Dad. They had a waterbed that was in a constant state of repair/leaking. It had patches on patches and they decided it wouldn't leave the house with them when they leave.

Finally a week or so ago it got a leak that just wouldn't be patched. You'd get in the bed and get out with a lovely damp feeling.

So the bed has been pulled apart and they were planning on sleeping in the airbed I bought a few months back until the move took place.

It only took a few nights for Dad to start complaining that they needed a real bed so shopping was undertaken today. We failed miserably! There's really no nice beds out there at the moment.

In the meantime I got about 45 minutes worth of vigorous wheelchair cardio/ubwo. Carpet and hills are KILLERS. I avoided the delicious looking donuts and choc chip cookies in the food court. (They looked soooo good)

Then later in the evening I picked up one of my good friends to go see a movie. We were a little early and there's this place called Stacks beside the cinemas. Stacks is a pancake joint - You can see where this is headed right?

Yup me buried face down in Jamaican Banana Pancakes. Just like below only add ice cream. :(

They were honestly some of THE BEST pancakes I have ever tasted! (And I make awesome pancakes) But I stuck to my shakes today until that moment. And it's important that I lose this weight! I made a whole list about why this is important to me and then all it takes is someone saying OOOo pancakes and I'm gone!

I do hope tomorrow is better.

Just as a side note - I went to see Fast and the Furious. I loved it! I loved it LOTS! I am so glad no one had given any bits or pieces away for me too cause I enjoyed seeing the story unravel. So I won't give anything away here either. Except that Vin Diesel is back and he's still hot. :D

Weigh in this morning 123.7kg. I'm happy with the downward type trend for now. I also found it interesting that my clothes weigh 1.3kg. I thought it would be less than that. 1.7kg to go to this weeks goal.

The sleeping thing is no better.
The food thing I'm doing heaps better with, but I haven't moved too much today.

1pm Shake
4pm Shake
8pm Cheese Twists
8:15pm Veggie Soup
11:30pm Shake

Apart from the cheese twists I had it all under control. They kind of came into it when I waited too long to get the soup out and then overheated it. The soup is so nice! I had forgotten how much I love homemade veggie soup. I love broth based soups. Not much a fan of pumpkin or tomato or creamy stuff but the broth based are yummy. And such a winter comfort food.

I suppose the trick it to get through winter and it's confort foods and bulky clothes and come out the other end smaller than you started. It's not an easy challenge but that's the one I'm taking on, and one I plan on acheiving.
